Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Security Analyst, Staff & Process Analyst, to join our team in the Springfield, VA, area.

The Policy and Planning (P&P) team supports the Cyber Operations Squadron (COS) by overseeing the development and publication of cyber awareness and COS informational material.

The P&P team performs up-to-date documentation and visibility that includes Knowledge Management and configuration of SharePoint and other data sharing platforms.

Responsibilities:
Oversees the development, review and consolidation of the Cyber Operations Squadron (COS) standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Initiates and maintains After Action Reports (AARs) to maintain operational continuity

Manages the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) documentation by developing and reviewing it annually or upon major change requirements

Provides knowledge management of all COS records

Performs administrative actions in an effort to organize COS documents and e-mail groups Basic


Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with a Poly

Education:
B.S. or equivalent experience in related field and 4 years of relevant experience

Experience working with computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

Experience working with cyber operations and security architecture

IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire


Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with information security practices, networks, software, and hardware
