    Job DescriptionJob Description


    We're looking for aStructural Inspector to solve critical concrete restoration and other building problems in numerous tall and medium-rise coastal apartment buildings located in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties.

    The ideal candidate will be "hands-on" and be completely responsible for evaluating numerous local existing mid to high-rise buildings with the main purpose of:

    • Performing Structural Threshold Inspections.
    • Conducting and having experience with structural steel reviews, castinplace concrete, concrete restoration, reinforcing steel, posttension slabs, and wood structures.
    • Preparing field reports for
    Owner/Architect/corresponding

    jurisdiction as required, based on on-site observations.

    • Building Code Review and/or Quality Control Inspections.
