- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess students' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to enhance students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
- Valid Texas license or eligibility for Texas licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of relevant assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
