    Description
    Position Summary:
    The primary duty of the assistant coach is to instruct student-athletes in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport. Additionally, the assistant coach will assist with all aspects of a NCAA Division I Women's program, including aiding with recruiting, coordinating day-to-day operations, conducting practice sessions, coordinating travel arrangements, handling appropriate compliance paperwork, camp/clinic/tournament implementation, community outreach, and other duties as assigned by the head coach.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience that equates to four years.
    • Collegiate or high-level club women's soccer coaching experience.
    • Experience coaching outfield players.
    • Experience planning travel for a team.
    • Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and a record of compliance with such.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Positive interpersonal skills.
    • Strong work ethic.
    • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree.
    • National level soccer coaching license/certification.
    • An established applicable recruiting network.
    • Experience with clinic/camp implementation.
    • Experience working in ARMS.
    • Experience ordering equipment.
