    Seeking professional, hard working and happy Executive Assistant for a very busy executive. This role possesses varied responsibilities including support in the office and at home. This includes everything from social media, party/ event planning and assorted administrative tasks and projects. It is a great experience with everyday being different and the ability to really grow and learn new things. We have a lot of exciting things always going on


    Attention to detail and a passion for organization is a must Someone who gets the big picture while also keeping track of little issues is also an ideal candidate, follow up and follow through are essential.

    The ability to work comfortable on most softwares, quick learner and highly organized is critical.

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    Help with event planning and vendor communication

    Help with event planning and vendor communication

    Work events, research, projects

    Booking travel and general reservations

    General Organization, inventory tracking

    respond promptly to employee inquiries

    Some errands and pick-ups

    Education and Experience

    High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

    knowledge of relevant computer applications

    competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent

    ability to type

    knowledge of administrative procedures

    numeric, oral and written language applications
