Responsibilities

• Handling 120+ inbound and outbound calls per day
• "Warm" lead generation (Confirming customers' interest in their refinance or home mortgage application)
• Assisting Home Mortgage Consultants
• Validating customer information, gathering additional information and interest on products and services
