Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required.
• 36 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required.
• 12 months of travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license prior to placement start.
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).
Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).
No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.
Shift: Days/Eves/Nights Rotate & EOW
Rotating Shifts Required: Eves and Nights are straight shifts; Days with Rotation to Eves and/or Nights with 1 Night of on Call.
Skill Sets Required: Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, & Newborn Care.
Clinician to Patient Ratio: L&D 1:2-3 Evals, 1:1 Active Labor, Magnesium gtt or EPIDURAL. PP 1:3-4.
Must pass EKG exam.
