Become a member of our team now This week we are organizing a hiring event Experience is not required as we have positions available at all levels Thursday January 22nd-3030 Knollwood Drive in Mobile from 10 am - 2 pm AltaPointes Adult Residential Services provide care and treatment for more than 200 adults with serious mental illness who require social rehabilitation and community support We focus on preventing re-hospitalization maximizing successful community placement providing group homes supervised 24 hours/day when consumers are on the premises
- Provides ongoing monitoring interaction with consumers training on basic living skills according to assessed needs implementation of behavioral plans if applicable Meets daily productivity standards through individual group BLS services Assists consumers with personal care issues medication use chores safety issues Demonstrates willingness to work at any ARS facility based on staffing needs Preparation of consumer meals according to dietary orders posted menus responsible for stocking food household items Recognizes crisis states takes proactive approach deescalate resolve situation Ensures adherence household schedule individual appointments implements planned activities Transports consumers appointments/outings Models appropriate behavior communication skills grooming manners Works with consumers staff house cleanliness Performs hand off communication shift change collaborates treatment team members Complies routine health safety tasks houses vehicles Reports accident driving violations supervisor human resources Seeks supervision consultation needed Accepts employs suggestions improvement Attends regularly scheduled staff meetings Willingness work alternate locations assigned duties supervisor Documents timely manner per AltaPointe policy Progress notes types consumer services progress toward goals Detailed BLS services provided individualized responses goals Treats consumers dignity compassion Respects privacy confidentiality Pleasant cooperative others Assists visitors needed Personal values don't inhibit ability relate others Sensitive consumer's needs expectations differences Gentle calm others Actively participates Performance Improvement activities Participates committees as required Completes assigned tasks timely Follows AltaPointe policies procedures Attends in-services training workshops Other duties assigned by supervisor/designee
