    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Indiana. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to patient care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will hold an Indiana pharmacist license and possess some hospital experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with prescriptions and hospital policies.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient medication management and outcomes.
    • Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare providers as needed.
    • Maintain accurate medication records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Monitor drug therapy regimens for effectiveness, safety, and appropriateness.
    • Participate in pharmacy quality improvement initiatives and medication safety programs.
    • Maintain proficiency in pharmacy software and technology, specifically CPSI.
    • Assist with inventory management and procurement of medications and supplies.
    • Stay current with developments in pharmacy practice, including new drugs and treatment guidelines.

    Schedule:

    • Ideally looking for approximately 23 shifts per week.
    • Day shifts with approximately 10hour shifts, with some flexibility available.

    IT Skills:

    • Proficiency with CPSI software is required.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Holds an Indiana pharmacist license.
    • Demonstrates some experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting.
    • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Displays a strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
    • Works well in a collaborative team environment.
    • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fastpaced healthcare setting.
