    Position Information

    Datalogic is looking for an analyst to join our Corporate ICT team.


    As a member of the ICT team, you will be shaping the future of Datalogic's success in a Business Analyst role in the Demand & Business Applications department in our Datalogic Eugene (OR) location.

    Role Mission


    Reporting directly to Americas ICT Manager/Global Enterprise System Manager the Business Analyst will work directly with the users from various departments and provide application analysis, implementation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and support services as the primary technical point of contact internally, engaging vendor technical support, as needed.

    This position is responsible for maintaining accurate technical documentation and support application upgrade processes including testing, scheduling and implementation on a regular basis.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage SAP requests from internal customers.
    SAP customization to support enhancement and change requests to meet business requirements.
    Corporate application maintenance and evolution (SAP-EDI-Vertex-Process Weaver, etc.)
    Resolve end user issues related to corporate applications (SAP-EDI-Vertex-Process Weaver, etc.)
    Draft and submit technical specifications and diagrams related to corporate applications supported.
    Develop and maintain application documentation, including, but not limited to, configuration guides, application design guides, knowledge base documents, etc.
    Participation as a team member or as a project manager on projects.
    Develop training and testing plans on new processes and procedures related to corporate applications supported.
    Provide day to day support for internal customers on corporate applications supported.
    Supporting external customers and their IT teams on integrations related to corporate applications supported.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Education (School/Specialization)

    College degree related to IT or Computer technology and/or SAP technical certification is required.

    Primary Language

    Fluent English; written and verbal communication

    Experience

    1-3 years experiencing working in an SAP (or other ERP) functional capacity in a manufacturing or consulting environment.
