Description
What you can expect as the Manager Regional SalesLead internal sales team. Partner with each team member to focus on individual performance and drive action towards meeting and exceeding role requirements.
Provide continual coaching and feedback to staff including corporate programs designed to reinforce employee performance, annual merit reviews, and individual development plans.
Achieve assigned sales and other related goals through phone and video calls to advisors, setting up and facilitating meetings with advisors, attending and presenting at conferences or in webinars, and generating leads for the external sales team; ensure activity requirements and service standards are met.
Identify and build relationships with advisors or registered representatives through face-to-face meetings, industry events, phone and video calls, conferences, webinars, and other forms of communication in order to achieve sales goals.
Attend and promote company and products at various Broker Dealer and industry conferences as necessary.Demonstrate strong ability to articulate the Company's strategy by presenting a compelling story about Company's strength, culture, values, products, and services to drive sales growth and deepen relationships with partners.
Assist with developing and facilitating presentations to promote Company and products at various conferences, webinars, and events.Assist with developing and implementing training programs for new products, point of sale work, services, and programs offered by the Company.
Collaborate with management in the implementation of outbound phone campaigns and other programs to be carried out from the home office.
In conjunction with sales management, create, implement, and follow-through on sales and marketing campaigns, while ensuring that activity requirements and service standards are met at all times.
Gather and maintain competitor information and assist management in developing product and sales tools to gain and maintain a competitive advantage.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum 5 years' sales experience in the financial services industry (internal, external, or combination) preferred preferredAbility to work independently and to communicate clearly and concisely with effective written and oral skillsProven ability to build strong relationships-internally and externallyExcellent presentation skillsThorough knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practicesProven ability to grow a territory as measured by sales, producer growth, and persistency of businessEffective organizational, time management, sales, and presentation skillsDue to the financial nature and level of accountability of this position, a credit and criminal background check is required
Licenses and Certifications:
Series License 65 or 66 or ability to obtain within 120 Days preferredWork Authorization/SponsorshipAt this time, we're not considering candidates that need any type of immigration sponsorship now or in the future or those needing work authorization for this role (This includes, but is not limited to students on F1-OPT, F1-CPT, J-1, etc.)
