- Lead Production Control Team in Farmington New Mexico Site, including direct reports
- Interact and collaborate with Factory Operations Team, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Engineering on a regular and frequent basis.
- Ensure the full compliance of company policies and procedures, including Safety and Security Compliance.
- Supports deployment of Operations strategy and objectives to accurately measure progress, meet financial obligations, drive continuous improvement, and improve on-time delivery.
- Lead the effort to develop and implement process improvements and cost reductions utilizing CORE best practices and processes.
- ** Please Note: This position is located at the Raytheon Din Facility in Farmington, NM. RTX- Din Facility adheres to the Navajo Nation Preference in Employment Act in areas of recruitment and hiring practices.
- This position is an on-site role, and the selected candidate would need to be located within commuting distance of the RTX Dine facility as this position is eligible for relocation.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Operational background, leveraging internal customer focus, relationship development and communication skills for continuous improvement, business, and team success.
- Previous experience using SAP and analytical skills to drive results.
- CORE or equivalent certification including process maturity development and root cause corrective action methods and tools.

Raytheon Operations Team has an excellent opportunity for a Production Control Manager, leading the Raytheon Din Facility (RDF) Production Control Team and Stores, which is part of the Systems Integration Center. This position will provide direct leadership and direction to Stores Manager and multiple Production Control employees. The successful candidate will report to the Systems Integration Center Production Control Associate Director and will be part of the RDF Factory Leadership Team. As the Production Control Manager, you will have leadership and management accountability regarding the performance on all aspects of production control as well as inventory management, specifically supporting the RDF Factory. The Production Control Manager will champion cost avoidance, inventory optimization, proactive escalation of material constraints, production schedule prioritization and reconciliation, and cross functional engagement to ensure the internal team is aligned in support of key deliverables.
