- Lead and develop the team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively deliver exceptional service and address customer issues.
- Develop, implement, analyze, and identify changes to increase efficiency and service to clients.
- Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to the team and foster continuous improvement and development.
- Escalate critical issues internally to ensure timely resolution and minimize the impact on the clients.
- Identify training needs of team members and provide coaching support.
- Encourage, participate, contribute to knowledge sharing, and fostering continuous process improvement.
- Manage workload and reassign team members as needed to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
- Conduct team and one on one meetings to provide guidance, coaching, training on process improvement areas.
- Work closely with Service Delivery partners to ensure adherence to service delivery goals.
- 1+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a service/customer/sales organization
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience leading teams, leading a team of 10-20 direct reports
- Demonstrate capability in driving performance improvement and managing people.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills, experience with business communication.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to team management, cultivate a positive culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Client focused and solution oriented, great problem solving and analytic skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross functional and global team members.
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in all interactions with clients, cross functional partners, and senior management
