    Job Description:
    -


    • Should have good experience in implementing SCM (Sunrise Clinical Manager) or Meditech
    • Responsible for AM and AD Operations (Allscripts, Meditech & Ambulatory)
    • Ensure Client Success and deliver values to Client (apart from contract)
    • Responsible for handling various Operations Discussions with client (MOR, MPR, Weekly Client Management Calls. Etc.)
    • Drive the TechM provided goals, by working in collaboration with Onsite/Offshore Leaders
    • Ensure that the service levels and Quality Scores are met as per client's expectation
    • Should be Result Oriented
    • Should be willing to travel (client sites), if there is a need
    • Ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget & optimized in the interest.
    • Responsible for Client Escalation Management
    • Should assess and bridge Skillset Gaps
    • Should drive continuous service improvement
