    Job Description

    A travel MRI Technologist is sought by Focus Staff for a temporary position in Port Orchard, Washington.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.
    • Perform related technological functions to ensure optimal diagnostic quality of patient care utilizing efficient and safe processes.
    • Interview patients to explain magnetic resonance imaging procedures and address their concerns.
    • Ensure patient and staff safety by explaining safety protocols and monitoring patients via closed circuit TV.

    Requirements

    • Licensure as a Licensed MRI Technologist with current certification in state of practice.
    • At least 2 years of experience in clinical area, preferably in hospital setting.
    • Fully proficient in all duties required of a MRI Technologist II.
    • Knowledge of MRI protocols and ability to learn relevant applications.

    Benefits

    New licensing reimbursement, tax-free stipend amount to be determined, based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.

    Pay Package

    $52,000.00 annual salary estimate (calculated from title, job description, and location).
