Junior Marketing Coordinator - Seattle, United States - IA Interior Architects
Description
Working under direct supervision, responsible for coordinating activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations and submittals.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in the production and maintenance of IA's marketing resource materials.
Ensure that studio marketing materials are consistent with firmwide brand guidelines and standards
Support senior marketing coordinators in the production of proposals and qualifications and other marketing collateral
Support senior marketing coordinators with preparing and assembling materials for client presentations and interviews.
Coordinates work of vendors (such as reprographics and binding) and consultants
Support marketing managers and senior members on the corporate marketing team with various marketing and communications projects.
Assist with business development activities.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
BA in marketing, business administration, graphic design, communications, or equivalent work experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Familiar with the professional services industry, architecture and design industry and/or marketing in general through past work experience or an internship.
Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign. Proficiency in other Creative Cloud programs is a plus.
Proven ability to work effectively with and through employees without having managerial authority.
Demonstrated proofreading ability.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with multiple fast-paced tasks and time-sensitive deadlines.
Team player who is reliable, flexible and collaborative.
