Business Hours:
Monday & Tuesday 9am - 4:30pm, Wednesday 8am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm.
Employees are scheduled 36-40 hours per week with rotating Saturdays off. Actual shift may vary based on branch opening/closing/balancing needs.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide legendary service to members by welcoming them to the financial center while providing information regarding our credit union services.
Performs vault management inclusive of verifying cash shipment under dual control, balancing, settlement and cash management of the financial center.
Serves members by providing advanced consumer account information including IRA, Trust, Estate and Business accounts. Researches and solves member questions, problems, and complaints. Assist Management in maintaining our culture while achieving department sales goals.This includes, but is not limited to onboarding initiatives, outbound calls, attendance at community events and site visits to Community Business Partners.
Conducts consumer account openings, secures required identification, explains all legal documents, and reviews documentation for accuracy. Achieves and maintains designation as Notary Public and provides notary services as requested.Candidates should have a high school graduate/equivalent or higher with a minimum of one year sales/customer service experience. Prior banking experience preferred. Ability to meet sales goals, strong attention to detail and communicate effectively. Computer proficiency within Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
*NMLS certification obtained within 6 months of employment.
