    **What Youll Get to Do:**

    **The Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Training Analyst supports NAVSEA (SEA-21), Program Manager, Surface Training Systems (PMS 339) providing support and coordination for training and support activities of LCS Class ships in San Diego CA. Serves as deputy for the PMS 339 West Coast LCS Training Lead.**

    **This position is based in San Diego, CA.** **MUST** **have at minimum an active Secret-level clearance prior to hire.**

    **More About the Role:**

    **_Responsibilities include but are not limited to:_**

    + Coordinates training for new and replacement crews.

    + Develops/Maintains Crew Scheduling and Phasing Plans (CSPP), Manpower Estimate Reports (MER), Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSP), Ship Manpower Documents (SMD) / Preliminary Ship Manpower Documents (PSMD).

    + Reviews proposed LCS Ship Change Documents (SCDs) for equipment changes that may affect future training and provide course update recommendations.

    + Manages PRECOM/Relief Crew vendor training (classroom, schedule, equipment, etc.).

    + Provides budgeting data to the program office in the form of Task Planning Sheets (TPS) and management of provided funds, coordination of travel requests and approvals.

    + Performs and provides analysis of crew manning requirements to PMS 339, LCSRON/DIVISION Staffs, Navy Personnel Command (NPC), NAVMAC, etc.

    + Provides ADHOC LCSRON and Division Staff support regarding training.

    + Conducts course audits / providing feedback to vendors for training improvements to support crew readiness.

    + Develops program office presentations intended to provide situational awareness of program requirements and changes.

    + Writes, submits, and tracks statements of work modifications to support changed training requirements.

    + Completes other tasking as required by the customer to ensure program success.

    **Youll Bring These Qualifications:**

    + Seven or more years previous Surface Force Manpower and Training experience.

    + LCS experience.

    + Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks and effectively schedule required deliverables, meetings, and follow-up actions.

    + Expert Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.

    + Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

    + Requires strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytic, math, and organizational skills.

    + U.S. Citizenship required.

    **These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have** :

    + Bachelors degree desired but not required.

    + Ability to write Excel functions, generate macros, and create pivot tables.
