Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Contract Career Site Developer to join our team for a 30-day project. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing career sites for our clients, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and fully functional.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop career sites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Customize career site templates to align with the branding and visual identity of each client.
• Integrate career sites with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software platforms.
• Optimize career sites for performance, usability, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Test career sites across different devices and browsers to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after the implementation phase.
• Document the development process, including code documentation and client-specific instructions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a web developer, with a focus on front-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
• Experience with website design and development frameworks, such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Prior experience developing career sites or similar HR-related projects is a plus.
