    Gastroenterologist – Gillette, WY
    Employment Type: Full-Time | No Call | No RVUs
    Compensation: $645,000–$900,000 base + Sign-On & Relocation + Full Benefits

    Overview:
    A well-established, physician-led clinic in Gillette, WY is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for a full-time outpatient position. Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with no call, no RVU pressure, and a supportive work environment focused on quality over quantity.

    Position Highlights:

    • Outpatient consults and procedures including colonoscopies, EGDs, polypectomies, PEG tube placements, and hemorrhoid banding

    • Procedures performed at local surgery centers/hospitals with full anesthesia and tech support

    • Supported by RNs, MAs, schedulers, and billing specialists

    • Optional integration of concierge medicine, regenerative medicine, or metabolic optimization

    Work-Life Balance:

    • No call

    • No RVUs

    • No hospital rounding required

    • Focus on clinical excellence, patient relationships, and personal wellbeing

    Qualifications:

    • MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited GI fellowship

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

    • Eligible for Wyoming medical license

    • DEA license and current BLS/ACLS

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $545,000–$900,000 (based on experience)

    • Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

    • Health Insurance: Low-deductible employer-paid plans

    • 401(k): 6% employer match

    • PTO: 6 weeks PTO + 6 holidays + 7 sick days
