    Description

    Job Purpose

    Coordinate and perform day to day functions of warehouse operations for both traditional resale and maintenance inventory.

    Essential Functions

    • Daily shipping and receiving of equipment, as well as parts returns into and out of the assigned CBTS warehouse - 40%
    • Management of sales transactions which will include allocation, fulfillment, and staging - 20%
    • Manage CBTS Asset Recovery on defective and returned parts - 10%
    • Provide assistance on all large project deployments coming into the warehouse -10%
    • Participate and/or conduct monthly inventory for all areas of the - 5%
    • Work with CBTS Purchasing Department to troubleshoot vendor issues - 5%
    • Provide support for the CBTS maintenance service window which includes technician interaction, parts disbursement, return parts management, and tracking - 5%
    • Coverage of on-call parts disbursement after hours based on pre-assigned rotation by the CBTS Operations Manager - 5%

    Education

    • Two years of College/Technical School resulting in an Associate's Degree or equivalent

    Experience

    • 3 to 5 years of work experience
    • Work experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving

    Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • General warehouse skills required
    • Strong oral communication skills are essential
    • Attention to detail is critical
    • Basic Excel knowledge is required
    • Specific knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
    • Problem Solving
    • Customer Service
    • Vendor Relations
