    Job Overview

    We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

    Cardinal McCloskey Community Services is dedicated to providing high-quality support services to at-risk children and families and individuals with developmental disabilities.

    About the Role

    As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to achieve their full potential and enjoy the best possible quality of life. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, cooking, and transportation to medical appointments.

    • Main Responsibilities:
    • Providing direct assistance in all aspects of daily living
    • Enabling individuals to maintain their independence
    • Supporting behavioral interventions and medication administration

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A caring and upbeat personality
    • A High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience working with individuals with special needs is an asset
