Job description
We are looking to add an upbeat, enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to our team to provide great service and memorable experience to our guests.

Responsibilities
The hotel front desk agent will handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities
Accurately, audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings etc.
in the hotel in accordance with established policies and proceduresPerform any other job related duties as assigned
Provide excellent customer
Desirable Qualifications
Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
Experience with hotel reservations software, like OnQ or Opera
Customer service experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
