    Job Description

    American Traveler seeks an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) with Oregon license, ARRT certification, and advanced procedural skills for interventional radiology and cardiology procedures.

    Responsibilities
    Work in an interventional radiology/cardiology setting
    Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures using fluoroscopic imaging equipment

    Shift is 06:30-15:00

    Utilize fixed fluoroscopy equipment, portable ultrasound, and IVUS
    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team for patient care
    Support diagnostic and interventional procedures using advanced imaging and sterile techniques
    Demonstrate competence in radiation safety, sterile field maintenance, and hemodynamic monitoring
    Adhere to departmental protocols and regulatory standards
    Preferred qualifications include a BS in Radiologic Science or Medical Imaging and 3 years in interventional radiology or cath lab experience
    Certifications such as RCIS or NIH Stroke Scale are preferred
    Bilingual or English-Spanish speaking ability preferred

    Requirements
    Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
    Current Oregon State licensure issued by OBMI required
    Active ARRT certification and RT(R) designation required
    Current BLS required
    ACLS required within 6 months of hire
    Minimum 1 year experience in interventional radiology and/or cath lab managing fluoroscopy and scrubbing interventional cases
    Ability to provide age-specific, cultural, physical, and psychosocial patient care
    License required if applicable
