Hiring Immediately For over 30 years Sun Loan Company has been a trusted financial resource in over200 communities across seven states in the US and seven locations in Mexico as a Loan Specialist supports the branch manager in maintaining a profitable and well-managed office by ensuring efficient administration and compliance in loan processing responsibilities include contacting customers regarding payment arrangements facilitating loan extensions and modifications handling pay schedules as needed Job duties include attempting to persuade customers to pay the amount due or arrange for payment via phone mail properly closing loans by ensuring all loan requirements are explained executing collection calls on overdue accounts using company provided location services to locate past due customers ensures accurate timely processing of applications by regularly reviewing pending applications and contacting prospective customers maintains all necessary forms and loan documents for accounts in accordance with company guidelines federal state law prepares copies of financial legal documents as requested enters payments into loan management software accommodates for payment extensions properly maintains collection notes on account screens Requirements one year Customer Service experience any field six months Collections experience high school GED preferred proficiency operating systems common software applications demonstrates positive attitude strong work ethic collaborative approach contributing respectful productive work environment excels building maintaining strong customer relationships excellent communication active listening persuasive sales techniques drive customer satisfaction business growth Strong organizational skills manage multiple tasks efficiently prioritize responsibilities meet deadlines maintain attention detail proficient basic math skills apply these skills analyze data perform calculations accurately Work Authorization Notice applicants must legally authorized work United States without need current future visa sponsorship this means Work Authorization Required candidates already possess valid U.S.work authorization permits employment employer No Visa Sponsorship Provided unable sponsor employment visas assume responsibility transferring existing sponsorships time Benefits Low-Deductible affordable Medical Plans including medical dental vision Telehealth On-demand Pay Competitive salary determined various factors including but not limited to location skills knowledge competencies experience career development Formal Comprehensive Training Program Career development equals equal opportunity employer celebrate diversity committed creating inclusive environment employees HP123>
