    *Project Engineer - Hybrid

    *Monroe, MI, or China Township, MI

    *$80,000+ (DOE)

    *Contract to Hire
    • Overview:As a Project Engineer, you will join one of Michigan's largest utility companies. As a PE, you will be acting as the internal and external liaison between stakeholders to ensure projects are progressing through the project lifecycle.     *Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering preferred)
    • 2 years of Electrical Engineering experience within an industrial setting.
    • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    *Responsibility:
    • Create project feasibility documentation, including scope documentation and plant performance.
    • Monitoring activities at plant sites to ensure work progresses as scheduled, within budget, as well adherence to project technical and commercial requirements.
    • Coordinating activities of contractors, consultants, and vendors in support of assigned projects or in support of a project manager.
    • Act as lead with responsibility for compliance with scope, technical, budget, and schedule requirements for specific tasks.
