- Provide onsite technical customer support
- Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, storage area network, and systems configuration
- Manage accurate inventory count and parts management
- Complete administrative tasks such as timesheets and expense reports
- Maintain effective communication with customers and support center during repair process
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience working with OEM data center hardware
- CompTIA A+ and Server+ certifications required
- Ability to work long and/or unusual hours while maintaining effectiveness
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience
- Additional OEM computer hardware certifications from major vendors
- Experience providing customer service and putting customer needs first
