‍ Role: Attorney (Intellectual Property)

➢ Conducting legal research to prepare for litigation and trial.

➢ Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

➢ Representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals.

➢ Negotiating settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.

➢ Advising clients on intellectual property strategies and risk management.

Requirements:

➢ A minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in Intellectual Property

➢ Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited US law school

➢ Active license to practice in the state of employment, with a preference for candidates licensed in Dallas

➢ Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills

➢ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects
