    Role


    The Regional Financial Analyst I in Revenue Assurance will be responsible for building and maintaining complex financial models, analyzing results, identifying key revenue drivers, risk and opportunities and being able to communicate in a clear, concise manner.

    The successful candidate will need to be analytical in approach, demonstrate the ability to work with stakeholders to provide timely analysis and insights into business decisions, and partner and guide business teams to address reporting needs.

    This role requires the individual to have a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.

    The candidate in this role will perform financial audits of job data while applying and interpreting financial contractual terms to assure accurate decisions for submission.

    Responsibilities

    Deliver analysis-based insights to management to guide business decisions regarding proposed projects.
    Prepare, analyze, and interpret complex financial and non-financial information and recommend actions to management.
    Track issues to resolution within department and in partnership with other groups, offer recommendations on viable resolutions.
    Recommend changes, updates, and processes for continuous improvement in areas of expertise.
    Support the team as a Subject Matter Expert in your area of expertise.

    Expectations

    Partner with key stakeholders to deliver financial analysis providing insight to the business decisions.
    Work with counterparts to provide financial information and analysis.

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, while working in multiple software systems and big data sets.

    Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail.
    A constant example of modeling Crown's PURPLE values.

    Education/Certifications

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

    Experience/Minimum Requirements

    0-3 years of experience in broad accounting or finance.
    Understand, apply, and interpret financial & accounting concepts.
    Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    Experience with major ERP accounting systems.
    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

    Working Conditions:
    Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
    We offer a hybrid working model with 4 days in local office and 1 day working remotely each week.
