    As our Director of Client Services, you will be in charge of overseeing a group of clients and maintaining the relationships with them, so that you can support servicing, satisfaction and profitability of the clients in the assigned service area. Every day you will, ensure client satisfaction and retention by analyzing and reporting on project management, financial management, performance measurement, and issue resolution using best practices. The Director will also facilitate the broadening of the R1 services and will work closely with the Business Development team in targeting strategic accounts and securing new business. To thrive in this role, the Client Services Director must possess strong financial acumen, strong personal skills and must help meet or exceed client expectations. The position requires strong data analytic capabilities to identify trends and opportunities. The Client Services Director must have strong client management skills as well as the ability to understand the R1 processing system and its capabilities.

    Here'swhat to expect as the Director of Client Services:

    • Primary Point of Contact on behalf of all R1 Shared Services/CBO Teams – All external parties (Client Stakeholders) will interact and communicate through Customer Management teams for all Shared Service/CBO-related initiatives/issues.
    • Drive/Support Process Improvement within R1 – Collaborate with R1 Shared Service and CBO teams to identify and execute process improvement opportunities
    • Drive Process Improvement with Providence teams – Collaborate with Providence teams to identify and execute process improvement opportunities
    • Facilitate Solutions – Partners with R1 Shared Services'/CBO management teams to problem solve and be able to speak on R1 Shared Service-specific operational details/processes
    • Develop Action Plans and Drive Accountability – Works with R1 Shared Service/CBO teams to produce action plans/project collateral to drive improvements and accountability.
    • Ensure Coordination Across The Organization – Drives alignment across multiple groups to ensure coordination

    Qualifications:

    • Prior client management experience and proven track record of client satisfaction
    • 5 years of experience in managing and leading people and teams
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards

    For this US-based position, the base pay range is $88, $150,933.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
