    Role Description

    We are offering a contract position for a Yacht Broker to work remotely. As a Yacht Broker, your main responsibility will be managing the sales process for individual boats. This involves market research, listing creation, showings coordination, deal negotiations, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the transaction. Your target is to sell boats efficiently and swiftly by understanding client needs and effectively marketing their boats to potential buyers.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in the boat and yachting industry
    • Knowledge of marine industry trends and market conditions
    • Proficiency in brokerage processes and procedures/li>
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills

    Desirable qualifications include:

    • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
    • Familiarity with boat inventory and specifications
    • Proven track record of successful deal closures
    • Ability to work independently and remotely

    You will need to obtain a yacht sales license in FL, while other states may not require this.

    Associate Broker Position Overview:

    • Role Structure: You will operate under the guidance of a Primary Broker.
    • Commission Split: Standard 50/50 commission split on all earnings.
    • Primary Broker Responsibilities: Your primary broker will manage daily sales and business development tasks, offering personalized support similar to having a dedicated sales manager.
    • Support Structure: Our position provides exceptional support not commonly found in other brokerages.

    Additional Benefits and Costs:

    • Commission Basis: Note that this position is entirely commission-based.
    • Administrative Fee: A small monthly admin fee is required for MLS software, provided by United.
    • Broker Coverage: Business cards and sign costs for displaying yachts being sold are covered by the broker.
