- Monitor and support site-level maintenance operations.
- Lead and coordinate travel schedules for Facilities Operations Specialists.
- Assist with recruiting efforts for site level maintenance positions.
- Assist the Regional Directors of Operations and Community Managers with R&M budget development.
- Audit Facilities Plan and Quarterly Inspection report completion.
- Monitor and encourage site maintenance training program participation.
- Collaborate with Asset Managers & key stakeholders to provide solutions for facilities-related issues.
- Identify, review & select vendors or consultants to meet property needs.
- Assist sites with soliciting bids, securing contracts, creating scopes of work, and coordinating vendor services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience
- CPO and EPA certification
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Carpentry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Procore or Plangrid preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding construction plans.

Job DescriptionThe Regional Facilities Director is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of facilities operations initiatives within the Landmark Properties site portfolio. This role will work closely with the Regional Directors of Operations to ensure that the fundamental facilities operations tasks are completed in a timely manner across a specific region of the managed portfolio.
