- Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to retrieve data from a database using basic SQL commands (SELECT statements) including filtering, sorting, and limiting results
- Experience/Familiar with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, group policy, and other network protocols
- Strong communication and customer service skills
