    Job Description

    We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner Physicians Assistant to become a part of our primary care practice. You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic and chronic illnesses
    • Order necessary investigations for diagnostic purposes
    • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
    • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
    • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
    • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
    • Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a primary care practice REQUIRED
    • Ability to build rapport with patients
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to properly document patient progress notes
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
