    Job Title: Licensed Clinician

    We are seeking skilled and dedicated Licensed Clinicians to join our team at Thriveworks in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As a Licensed Clinician, you will provide high-quality patient care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed Clinicians must hold one of the following independent licenses in Iowa: LMHC, LMFT, LISW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
    • Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state where they will practice

    What We Need:

    • Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
    • A true partnership between clinicians and support staff
    • Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (with support provided)
    • Candidates interested in growing into leadership roles or supervision positions
    • Self-motivated individuals who complete their notes within 24 hours
    • Strong character traits, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
    • Team players who enjoy collaboration and professional development
