Job summary
The Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for the protection of company assets by means of internal and external shrink mitigation.Utilize CCTV and company reporting tools to identify and mitigate internal and external shrink.
Detect, apprehend and process individuals who have been witnessed stealing company property in a professional manner in accordance with company policies.
Represent the company in criminal actions as a result of apprehensions or workplace violence incidents,
- Demonstrated proficiency monitoring sales floor activity for potential theft related incidents.
- Demonstrated ability to drive consensus at all levels of the enterprise through clear, concise and complete information.
