    Your Role & Impact
    The Clinical Student Coordinator is responsible for coordinating clinical student placements within TrueCare ensuring compliance with regulatory accreditation and organizational requirements. This role serves as a liaison between academic institutions students preceptors and internal stakeholders supporting a high-quality clinical education experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

    The Coordinator will be involved in onboarding offboarding credentialing scheduling tracking of clinical students ensuring all requirements are completed prior to the onboarding offboarding of clinical rotations. This position also provides ongoing support to students and preceptors monitors progress informing the Sr Director of issues as they arise maintains accurate records in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

    This dynamic role blends relationship-building organization problem-solving you coordinate clinical placements manage onboarding compliance support students throughout their rotations oversee everything from credentialing scheduling tracking progress ensuring regulatory readiness serving as go-to liaison for students schools internal teams If you thrive fast-paced environment love complex programs running smoothly want make real impact future healthcare providers this opportunity shape workforce tomorrow-one-clinical-experience-timeWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma equivalent minimum three three years administrative office experience or relevant credentialing experience
