- Define the Home hardware roadmap including core print capabilities, customer experience, and solutions.

- University degree with a focus in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA strongly preferred.
- Typically 10+ years of experience in HW/SW product management or exhibiting an exceptionally strong background in some other relevant and applicable area of business.
- Typically 3+ years of people management experience.
- Superior ability to provide product management and marketing consultation to individual contributors.
- Passion for customer experience and being an advocate for ease of use, quality, and reliability.
- Experience translating device/hardware requirements into software product requirements.
- Experience with interconnected devices and cloud technologies including software capabilities such as telemetry, data, and security.
- Superior understanding of product design and current product management.
- In-depth experience working with selling partners, R&D, customers, and technology partners.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills.

From how experiences including AI will transform printing to how services will enable access to printing for many, our Home Print Business Unit is seeking an experienced leader to drive our portfolio evolution and develop our team of highly dedicated product managers to be future ready.
Product Management operates at the intersection of customer needs, business requirements, and technical feasibility.As the Senior Manager of Hardware Product Management, you will be charged with setting a strong strategic vision and driving the portfolio for a wide-ranging set of solutions and platform elements in Home printing space.
By owning the customer and holding accountability for the business impact of the full customer offering, you will have direct hardware product management reports and work the seams with our solutions and services product management teams to round out your offerings with experiences and business models.
You will lead efforts to drive print products to market including market development, genesis of product concepts and roadmaps, product requirements, contributing to business plans, market positioning, sales readiness, and iterative product test & launch.
This role also requires you to think creatively and collaboratively, building strategic alignment across the organization and across functional organizations including engineering, design, services organization, and sales/technical consultants.
You will lead the team to break down the complex and evolving home printing market and set of offerings into a simple, actionable, prioritized frame that builds on our core strengths.
