    The Role

    We are currently hiring a Team Leader – Recruitment to support our client.

    The role of the Recruitment Team Leader (Client Services) is to develop and deliver agreed recruitment services to the client ensuring all targets are achieved in partnership with the Client Services Management team.

    Key success attributes include customer focus, solution orientation, agility, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Our aim is to ensure that the Team Leader is viewed by the client as a trusted advisor, ensuring a best practice and innovative approach to recruitment is deployed.

    The Team Leader is also responsible for the direct reports, Recruiters, ensuring they are performing against set targets and providing support and information as requested.

    This is a key role that requires a responsive and client-facing individual.
    This role is located on site in Bethesda, MD.
    Key Accountabilities

    Assist the Client Services Manager to develop the sourcing strategy for each role recruited and agree the strategy

    Interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and the use of accessing the external market using world class research tools.

    Work with the Client Services Manager to identify areas where there are gaps within qualified candidate pools and where new candidates need to be identified
    Ensure the qualified candidate pools are accessed to create long lists for the Client Services team
    Produce timely and accurate activity and management information reporting
    Produce communications to a high standard and in accordance with the clients brand guidelines if required
    Involvement in any relevant internal presentations and evaluation/review meetings with the Client Services team
    Identify areas of process improvement and service enhancement and communicate these to the Client Services Manager and the team
    Skills & Experience

    Previous recruitment and leadership experience required.
    Worked with, presenting to and solved issues for clients and candidates.
    Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs, leading, coaching and mentoring
    Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases
    Experience of face to face interviewing including competency based at producing business orientated management information
    Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work
    Degree caliber or commensurate experience
