I'm hiring a senior developer to own Stage 1: make Cofetti reliable and scalable by implementing a solid async job system (queue + workers + DLQ + idempotency), upgrading and hardening OpenAI image generation (Google later), moving fragile rendering off request paths, improving observability, and tightening admin/ops workflows.
