Project Manager Intro:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing IT software projects.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including ERP upgrade/enhancements, SaaS implementations, custom development, BI, and IT security.

The ideal candidate is a self-directed, highly motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of driving projects to completion.

Project Manager Job Details:

As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include effective communication of project scope, schedule, and budget to both customers and contractors.

You will ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, while managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

You will also be responsible for defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility, and managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Additional duties include risk management to minimize project risks, establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors, and creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Project Manager Mandatory Skills:

The successful candidate must have at least 8 years of Project Management experience and be fully knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of the project management Body of Knowledge.

Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

The candidate must also have excellent team building and motivational skills. Degree required.


Project Manager Desired Skills:

The ideal candidate will be accessible, demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork, exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, and have strong communication abilities.

Prior experience in managing IT software projects, including SaaS implementations, custom development, BI, and IT security, is highly desirable.
