MUST LIVE IN INDIANA** Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive "whole health" services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment.

Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position will provide outpatient, individual, and group therapy services to adults at our Indianapolis Outpatient Office.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention/emergency services, individual and group therapy/counseling services and substance abuse treatment.
Master's Degree in Social Work from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
Must have excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems and child welfare systems highly preferred
must have reliable transportation to transport self and/or others and to travel within the community
