    Description

    MIMS GROUP is seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team, bringing their enthusiasm and drive to the table. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and success.

    The primary focus of this position involves nurturing relationships with our existing base of 2,000 clients, as well as seeking out new business ventures through referrals and proactive lead generation. In addition, you will be tasked with overseeing a small team, guiding them through the same process.

    As you grow within the role, you will transition into the position of Agency Director, honing your expertise by mastering our proprietary systems and procedures. This opportunity offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities within the B2B sector
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Provide training and support to incoming team members on established protocols
    • Submit daily reports on field operations using our Salesforce-based CRM
    • Emphasize daily tasks on recruitment, training, and leadership progression

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently
    • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Aptitude for task prioritization and delegation as needed
    • Capability to perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful setting
    • Passion for aiding individuals and fostering meaningful connections
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement is highly desired
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clear background check and personal transportation are essential
    • A 45-day evaluation period is required before progression
