    8pm - 8am.

    Together with the RN, the LPN is responsible for identifying Patient/Family needs and coordinating Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) provision of services under physicians orders.

    The LPN utilizes assessment, intervention, and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and enhance the quality of life for the Patient/Family unit.

    The LPN is supervised by and collaborates with the Primary RN 24 hours daily. This is an optional position to be filled solely at the discretion of Care Center Nursing Services Manager.


    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    Education and/or Experience:

    Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Minimum of 1 years' experience preferred.


    Licensure:
    Valid Florida LPN License.
    Valid Florida State Driver's License.


    Continuing Education:
    As required for licensure

    Certification:
    Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association; Current IV Therapy certification required.
