Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA required.

Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy required.
Licensed by the Examining Committee to practice Occupational Therapy in the state required

Certifications & Licenses:
BLS
PT License

Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy program required.
