    AES Clean Energy seeks a renewable energy Land Compliance Analyst with the main role of drafting real estate agreements who will collaborate with Development, Land Acquisition and Land Compliance team members in securing property for renewable energy projects.

    In addition, Analyst will help manage compliance items in real estate agreements and verify that all requirements have been documented, implemented, and communicated.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    :

    Drafting real estate agreements.
    Assist Land Compliance Manager with real property purchases.
    Create Payment Requests for real estate agreement payments, purchases, and set up schedules for disbursements.
    Obtain preliminary title reports.
    Review of Title Reports.
    Assist with recording memoranda of real estate option agreements with county recorder.
    Maintain original records.
    Input real estate information for all projects, including agreement summaries, parcel information and landowner data, into AES's management software.

    Other tasks as may be required for effective compliance and land portfolio management as assigned by the Land Compliance Manager.

    Minimum Qualifications

    :

    Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience, or equivalent
    Excellent understanding of real estate agreements and/or general legal contracts and terms
    Familiarity of title reports
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth and other related programs.
