    • The Mid-Level Analyst is responsible for conducting allsource Identity Intelligencefocused analysis and producing intelligence products in support of global missions and customers
    The analyst applies an understanding of Identity Intelligence (I2) tradecraft to conduct research using a variety of databases and toolsets, compile and analyze complex data, and develop assessments in support of the team's mission

    Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Conducts research within relevant databases, compiles and analyzes necessary data, and synthesizes information to provide an assessment within the scope of the assigned mission, within a government approved format.
    • Mentors and trains junior analysts; provides first line peer review and feedback on assessments Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or higher and a minimum five years of intelligence analysis experience (to include one year of I2 / BEI experience).
    • Experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, strong research and writing skills, and experience with basic computer applications, search engines, and data processing systems.
    • Possesses a thorough understanding of Identity Intelligence tradecraft.
    • Able to produce accurate concise analytical products without supervision.
    • Capable of coordinating analysis production with senior level and Team Lead oversight.
    • Experienced at briefing mission and production related topics to internal and external government clients, military personnel, and contract audiences.
    • Experience with a variety of analytical tools and databases to include but not limited to BI2R, Palantir, Query Tree, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, open source research, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), TIDE, Pulse, QLIX, and/or Google Earth
    • Able to participate in analytical debate and be receptive to constructive criticism.
    • Able to operate both independently and as a member of a team.
    • Able to coherently explain/argue their analysis.
    • US government clearance: Active or Current TS w/ current SCI.
