    Dynetics, a Leidos Company is seeking a Lead Subcontracts Administrator to join a diverse team creating unique solutions for complex programs in our Huntsville, Alabama location.

    This role will lead full life cycle ("cradle-to-grave") subcontract management activities for multiple Department of Defense programs.

    The Lead Subcontracts Administrator will manage overall subcontract compliance for the program in accordance with contract requirements, company policies and procedures, and applicable laws and acquisition regulations.

    The selected candidate will be a motivated leader and a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

    This role will report directly to the Associate Director, Subcontracts and will be an integrated member of the supply chain organization with multiple direct reports.

    This position has the possibility for 100% remote workplace opportunity for the right individual.
    Accountable for all Operation procurement activities to include new business capture and program subcontracts execution
    Lead full life cycle subcontract management activities for programs within the operations, including but not limited to: proposal support activities, negotiations of non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, preparation of solicitations packages to subcontractors, evaluation of subcontractor proposals, price analysis, negotiations of terms and conditions, award of subcontracts, subcontract administration, issue resolution and closeout activities
    Develop strategy for competitions, negotiations, and managing subcontractor/supplier performance
    Negotiates NDA's and Teaming Agreements
    Ensure that subcontract files are appropriately reviewed and approved in accordance with the Authority to Operate and in compliance with all contract requirements, company policies and procedures, and applicable laws and acquisition regulations, conducting regular file audits
    Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with other functions and suppliers to solve issues of varying degrees of complexity
    Ensure that customer solicitations are reviewed for potential risks, including compliance with requirements
    Monitor supplier compliance, including timely delivery of deliverables, in coordination with the operations
    Resolve supplier performance and/or quality issues in collaboration with operational leadership
    Advise operations leadership on procurement issues
    Promote a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs
    Regularly interacts with program management, contracts, project control, finance, business development and with customers as required
    Must have the interpersonal skills to deal effectively with subcontractor management regarding subcontract issues of varying degrees of complexity and work issues to resolution

    Basic Qualifications:


    Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with years of prior relevant experience or Master's degree with years of prior relevant experience.

    General experience in Subcontract Administration may be considered as a substitute for education requirements.

    Experience with multiple Government (FAR / DFAR) contracting types: Fixed Price (FP), Time & Material (T&M), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort (LOE), Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and General Service Administration (GSA) type contracts.

    Must be able to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
    Experience negotiating terms and conditions.

    Successful track record of managing a variety of subcontract types, interfacing with internal customers, other functional support staff, and suppliers.

    Working knowledge of CPSR compliance requirements.
    Ability to work in a team with a fast paced environment
    Detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    Strong oral communication, establishing relationships with multiple stakeholders and internal customers
    Qualified candidates should have a working knowledge of FAR and DFAR
    Candidate must have an effective problem-solving mindset for support

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Prefer experience in subcontracting services and purchasing non-commercial equipment and related functions with particular emphasis on negotiation and subcontracts administration
    2 years of supervising/leading teams and/or projects
    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office portfolio (Word, Excel, etc.), and Adobe Acrobat are required
    Strong organizational, written and time management skills
    Deltek Costpoint experience a plus


    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $84, $152,750.00
