    Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque's Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), bariatric and orthopedic service lines.

    Responsibilities Responsible for counseling patients on medication usage in addition to compounding and dispensing medication orders under the supervision of a registered pharmacist Assist the pharmacists in various professional and technical activities associated with the distribution of medications, the maintenance of drug inventory, patient records and patient financial records Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety QualificationsJob Requirements:
    Completion of first professional year within an accredited college of pharmacy.

    State of NM Pharmacy Intern License within 45 days of hire Preferred Job Requirements:
    IV Certification or must be obtained within six (6) months from date of hire
