- Performs electrical, welding, carpentry and masonry work associated with all building equipment, accessories and components.
- This includes producing all support documentation such as calculations, materials lists and as built drawings.
- Provides assistance in the various duties in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical, chemical and electrical disciplines.
- Assists in problem solving and training of subordinates in the repair and installation of building equipment and components.
- Performs other duties as directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Facilities and/or commercial maintenance and repair experience highly preferred.
- Certifications and/or licensing in HVAC or a related area highly preferred.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Northbrook, IL.
- Ability to commit to a 3rd shift schedule (10:30p-6:30a) required.
